Product Return and Refund Policy:

At QuickRelief, we value our customers and are committed to full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy clearly sets out your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Consumer Guarantees under the ACL:

If a product you purchased is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Depending on the circumstances, you may choose:

  • a repair,
  • a replacement, or
  • a full refund.

In these cases:

  • Quick relief will cover the cost of return shipping, including any original delivery costs you paid.
  • No cancellation or processing fees will apply.

For large or bulky items that cannot be easily returned, we will arrange collection at our expense.

 

 

2. Minor vs Major Failures

  • Minor failure: If the problem can be fixed within a reasonable time, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
  • Major failure: If the issue is substantial (e.g., the product is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem), you are entitled to choose between a refund, replacement, or repair.


3. Change of Mind Returns:

In addition to your legal rights, we offer customers the option to return items for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A processing fee of up to 5% may apply for change of mind returns only. No fees apply for returns relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.


4. How to Request a Return?

  1. Contact our support team by email/ WhatsApp to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
  3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

 

5. Important Notes:

  • This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • All remedies will be provided in compliance with ACL obligations.
  • Our change of mind policy is offered in addition to, and not instead of, your legal rights.

 

6. how to return:

- Once approved, returns must be sent to our designated return address via registered mail only.

- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to avoid damage during transit.

- We recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return process is completed.

- Items returned without tracking or sent to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for a refund.
 

7. Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations may not be possible as orders may already be in processing. In exceptional cases, customers are encouraged to contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist where possible.
